Daniels Chili Cookoff

Thanks to all those who participated in the 23rd Annual Canadensis Chili Cookoff and Salsa Competition! Join us again in March 2012 to taste delicious and creative chili prepared by area businesses, restaurants, and chili-heads, and cast your vote for our next "People's Choice" recipient! Or better yet, enter your own chili and compete for some nice prizes, not to mention your claim to fame here in Canadensis!

Our distinguished chili judges will include professors from the Hospitality Department at East Stroudsburg University and employees from Sysco Foods. We'll have live country music and all the chili samples you can eat - what more can you ask for? We'll see you here!
